Traveling to Mérida
When do you recommend arriving for the wedding?
We recommend arriving on January 21, 2027, so you have time to settle in, relax, and fully enjoy the wedding weekend festivities.
Will airport transportation be available?
If you require transportation to or from the airport, we recommend the private transportation service Fuerza Especial.

Are transportation apps such as Uber and Lyft available in the area?
Yes, transportation apps such as Uber and Lyft are available throughout the area. However, please note that these services are not permitted to pick up passengers inside the airport.

What is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by December 22, 2026.
May I bring a guest (plus-one)?
Each guest will receive an invitation indicating whether a plus-one has been included.
Are children invited to the wedding?

THE WEDDING DAY
Where will the wedding take place?
The ceremony will take place at 4:00 PM at Catedral de San Ildefonso, located in Mérida’s historic center.
Following the ceremony, we will celebrate the reception at Plantel Matilde, located approximately 45 minutes from the city.
Will transportation be provided for the wedding events?
Yes. Transportation will be be provided from the host hotels (NH Collection, Fiesta Americana, and Hyatt Regency) to Catedral de San Ildefonso, with continued transportation to Plantel Matilde for the reception.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place inside the church.
How long will the ceremony last?
The ceremony is expected to last approximately one hour.
Will the reception take place at the same location as the ceremony?
No. The reception will be held at Plantel Matilde, a separate venue from the religious ceremony.
